Alone In The Woods | Isle Royale Wilderness In this USA travel vlog, we begin our challenge of visiting every US National Park with a bang – with our first one being Isle Royale! This remote, island wilderness was the perfect first NP and exceeded all expectations. As this island is so remote, it is only accessible via seaplane or boat – which we shared in last week’s video. While we were here, we barely saw anyone else. It truly felt like we were alone in the woods. In this video we explore Isle Royale National Park. Enjoying the gorgeous and varied hiking trails as well as having some bucket list wildlife encounters! On this channel, you’ll find a variety of travel and vlog content, in which you’ll see us in places like Thailand, Japan, USA, Slovenia, and more. In 2017 we left home with just £500 in our bank account and a dream to make a sustainable travel lifestyle happen! We are now living our dream as digital nomads and want to inspire you to create your own story, whatever it may be! After 5 years of aimless, yet enjoyable, backpacking around the world we found ourselves in New York City battling with depression. At this point, we decided to go home and confront this problem head-on. After 6 tough months at home we decided to go away again, but this time with a goal in mind.. to turn travel into a lifestyle. Our time spent battling depression has influenced our outlook on life dramatically! We are now traveling the world in search of what makes us happy. In our vlogs, we talk openly and honestly about our travel experiences, the digital nomad life and depression. We hope our videos can help to inspire you to create a life that makes you happy! ⭐ Make sure to Subscribe to our channel for more videos like this one! ⭐

  1. A f^^^ing moose is coming up the ‘street’ (dirt road)!!! Beautiful people, you do make me chuckle. I live on a lake in Nova Scotia and close to some of the most amazing ocean beaches I have ever seen. Have lived and traveled abroad many times, but seeing this video (I have been watching your journey for a couple years), just made me appreciate more…. how glorious this planet is and just how incredibly lucky I am to live in this amazing corner of it. How lucky are you to have seen a moose… elusive as they can be… in such an untouched paradise. A good start me thinks to your North American travels. 🙂 Look forward, as always to more!

  2. You have been my true inspiration and just how to never stop chasing your dreams. A few years ago I crushed myself to the bottom of the darkness, completely lost my way and how to continue in life. You helped me find the balance, I have been slowly getting back into feeling what’s like to be me again. It is a slow but steady process. Thank you so much and don’t stop creating. Sending much love.

  3. Did you know you may be able to (not sure if the law allows) to grab a couple of moose pellets with you and in case if you want to relieve those imoosive moments just take a sniff and relive the moment! Have you picked a name for the moose you saw? or Imoosive it is? BTW, that mouse you saw must have been a member of Disney Mickey Mouse Paratroopers and must have forgotten to strap on the parrachute.

  4. We flew in a sea plane whilst in Alaska and landed on a lake and got our and stood on the Float, terrifying but unforgettable experience

  5. You have to check out Yosemite. I’ve been to quite a few National Parks but to date my favorite is Yosemite. Have a great trip!

  6. Alone in the woods (played with dark foreboding music, frightened faces) I’m so scared…….wait thats only the thumbnail and nothing else..Nevermind!

  7. My husband and I every year on our anniversary we go camping in state park Samuel Taylor it’s just north of San Francisco across the bay, and the west coast beaches are close to it. You’ll find a eucalyptus forest and the red woods not that far. .

  8. Katmai will forever be our favorite NP. But there are so many great parks every one a treasure, every one special.
